Announcement on the A Share Private Placement Obtaining CSRC’s Acceptance to Its Administrative Approval Application
The Board of Directors of the Company and its members guarantee that there is no false or misleading statement or material omission in this announcement and shall be severally and jointly liable for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of its contents.
Recently, the Company received “Notification on Acceptance to the Administrative Approval Application” (No. 101486) from CSRC. It checked up all the administrative approval application documents relating to the A share private placement and believed that the application documents are complete and sufficient and in compliance with the legal form, hence it decided to accept the administrative approval application.
The Company shall fulfil its obligations of information disclosure in time according to the approval progress of CSRC to the private placement.
It is herewith announced.
